Charming apartment of 85 square meters in total, fully equipped, very comfortable and with attention to details. The presence of selected historical pieces in each room contributes to a welcoming, intimate and familiar atmosphere. The apartment is located on the third floor (top floor) with lift and shared entrance with the owner's apartment who is an expert in the restoration of historical furniture. The entrance to the apartment is private and privacy is guaranteed. The apartment consists of a bedroom, a pink marble bathroom with bathtub and shower, a fully furnished eat-in kitchen with antique table and chairs with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle and electric coffee machine. NOTE: the landlord provides a courtesy bike to get around the city! The owner provides a courtesy bicycle to get around the city and he prepares a standard courtesy breakfast every morning for his guest. On request it prepares lunch and dinner at a cost of € 15 per person. As for celebrations on anniversaries (birthdays, Christmas or other) the owner makes his living room available and prepares standing up lunches and dinners at € 15 per person.
